Dr. Ray Khouri is a visionary business leader and clinician who spearheaded the Dental Corp model. Creating a blueprint that has achieved significant success in the dental/medical sector across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and most recently the USA. Dr. Khouri focuses on enabling doctors to accelerate the growth of their practices while maintaining complete autonomy and control over their operations.
In 2013, DentalCorp Australia, New Zealand and Canada was sold to Bupa for $600 million, giving Bupa the most significant dental network in three countries. Following Bupa’s acquisition, DentalCorp Canada was sold for $178 million to The Canadian Pension Fund in 2014, which was subsequently sold to the private equity firm L Catterton for $1.6 billion in 2019. Today it is listed on Canada’s stock exchange. Dr. Khouri’s passion lies in empowering doctors to monetize the value of their practices, and his track record speaks to his success in transforming the delivery of healthcare services both for Doctors and Patients.
