How is the price determined for my Practice?
You receive a market leading rate based on a multiple of your agreed practice earnings.
Is there a change of Practice name and/or current branding?
The practice name and branding remains the same.
What happens to my existing staff?
We recognise that having a successful business in contingent not only on you but also your staff. Your current staff will continue employment under the same terms and conditions. You control staff in terms of hiring, wages and rewards.
Do my operating hours change?
Operating hours remain the same unless you choose to change them in the future.
When do I get paid?
Our finance team takes care of calculating and processing your payment each month. Your pay is based on the agreed market salary for services provided. Your share of the profit earnings will be calculated on a quarterly basis.
How do my staff get paid?
You no longer need to worry about the time-consuming process of receipting and paying staff. We will manage payroll services ensuring correct payments and record-keeping occur.
Does ADTY Group provide marketing and advertising support to help grow my practice?
Our marketing team will provide as much support as you would like in marketing and advertising. You are in control of decisions regarding your brand. The ADTY Group marketing team can provide a comprehensive range of marketing initiatives at both practice and group level.
Will ADTY Group continue to honour preferred provider contracts?
As long as best ethical practices are observed, how you choose to continue running your practice is up to you.
Can I choose my suppliers?
ADTY Group will partner you and leverage our group buying power to negotiate the best discounts and freight rates with suppliers. You are welcome to partake in these savings if you wish.
How long do I continue operating in my practice? Is my legacy preserved?
The standard contract between ADTY Group and Practice Principals is 5 years. At the end of the contract, you will be invited to renew. ADTY Group seeks to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships with all our Practice Principals to strengthen your practice identity and preserve your legacy.
